Are your Guests complain about your Property Wi-Fi ??

The common cause : Coverage, Overlaps, Roaming , Radio issues 

1.  Legacy network , .11n ?  or .11 ac - Upgrade asap !!  Many Hotels today still runs on  2.4 Ghz. 

2. AP  Deployment in corrior or outside the guest room. 

3. Controller less nertwork

4. If all the above is inline .. then 80% of the time its because of Interference in the Hotel enviroinment.  Why ? is that... More number of AP's itself cause more radio waves overlaping with each other., Meaning Busy Airtme and congestion So ..let your system integrator know that as an ITM you knew this. 

4. Excessive devices per AP.  - If more devices are onboaded per AP. Check number of clients per AP or on a particular AP. 

5. Payloads - See if you network is congested, on both Wired and Wireless.
